TECHNICAL

ASSURING SMOOTH OPERATION THROUGH WELL-PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Preventive maintenance system is in place to achieve the maximum reliability of our fleet and to ensure the operation to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Prompt and well-planned maintenance makes it possible to provide first-class transportation services to our customers at all times.

Technical department of Roswell Tankers Corp. ensures that the fleet is maintained fully complying with the industry standards and recommendations, requirements of classification societies, norms and regulations of the flag, local and international legislation. Company monitors fleet performance in terms of fuel consumption and emissions to ensure environmental sustainability.

Regularly collecting and analysing related data for individual vessels and the whole fleet, we developed KPIs enabling us to increase performance and promptly detect and analyse any underperformance.

MARINE & OPERATIONS

HASSLE-FREE POST-FIXTURE SUPPORT

Our operations team is there to provide hassle-free post-fixture support. Experienced operators make sure that our vessels perform as agreed, at times exceeding charterer’s expectations.

We strive for optimum operational efficiency, always keeping in mind safety of the crew, vessel, cargo, and environmental excellence.

Our marine and vetting superintendents manage HSSQEEn risks to ensure that our fleet is fully compliable and fit for operation. Our Marine Department evaluates vetting inspections in line with the OCIMF SIRE program.

CHARTERING

SWIFT NEGOTIATING AND LASTING PARTNERSHIPS

Building long-lasting partnerships with first-class charterers and reputable brokers is our priority.

Our chartering team analyses and assesses market reports and trends, enabling them to identify unique opportunities for our fleet.

We market managed vessels both on spot and short/long-term charters. Our vessels are chartered by major oil companies and charterers, such as BP, Shell, Exxon, Equinor, Lukoil, Koch, Ineos, P66.

We always do our best to make sure negotiating process runs smoothly, to secure and eventually develop a fixture into long-lasting and mutually beneficial cooperation.

CREWING

FINDING LOYAL SEAFARERS AND TRAINING THEM

Technology may advance with overwhelming speed, but since the beginning of times, what is the vessel without a crew?

Our crewing specialists are on the lookout to find competent and skilled seafarers. In close cooperation with crewing agencies, they carefully select the potential candidates. After assessment, we arrange trainings for the selected candidates together with our HSSQEEn and Technical Departments. Crewing team of Roswell Tankers Corp. ensures that all our seafarers are adequately qualified to meet the international regulations.

Our vessels are mostly manned with Russian and Ukrainian seafarers, but other nationalities are also employed depending on the flag and trade requirements.

With meticulous selection process, training and rotation, we’ve been able to maintain high retention rate.
